From observing talent to building its infrastructure. Booster wasn't born in a software lab, but in the meeting rooms where we saw talent dissipate due to a lack of tools. After years of working with executives, we understood that the problem wasn't a lack of training or commitment; it was the absence of a system to sustain leadership when pressure mounted. Real leadership doesn't happen in a classroom; it happens in 1:1s, in immediate feedback, and in the ability to anticipate a crisis before it escalates.

We moved beyond the traditional consulting model to build an intelligent leadership system. We created technology that not only stores data but also injects context, provides clarity amidst the noise, and uses AI to amplify human judgment, ensuring that even in the most complex organizations, culture is executed strategically.

La Inteligencia Artificial entra en juego
Dimos el salto técnico definitivo. Integramos IA no para generar texto, sino para aportar contexto. Convertimos la experiencia de Fresh People en un motor de señales proactivas que ayuda a los managers a decidir mejor .
2022
De la consultoría al producto
Entendimos que la formación tradicional no sobrevivía al día a día. Decidimos volcar todo nuestro conocimiento en tecnología y desarrollamos la primera versión de nuestra plataforma para que el liderazgo ocurriera dentro del flujo de trabajo.
2021
El reto de las grandes corporaciones
Empezamos a trabajar con empresas de gran escala y vimos el desafío real. El impacto de RR.HH. se diluía en estructuras complejas. Aprendimos que para escalar la cultura no bastaba con la intención; hacía falta un sistema.
2020
El origen como Fresh People
Nacimos como una startup de RR.HH. con una obsesión: poner a las personas en el centro. En esta etapa nos dedicamos a entender las dinámicas de equipo y a demostrar que la cultura es el motor de cualquier crecimiento.
