How do you prevent AI from making unfair decisions about people?

Does Booster's AI learn from my data to train other clients?

Why can't I just use GPT-4 or Claude for this?

Because a generic LLM is a 'brain without a body' and without memory of your company. Booster is a system connected to your operational reality. Furthermore, Booster ensures privacy and consistency with your leadership model, something an open AI cannot guarantee.

How do you approach customization projects?

Our "Maker" process begins with discovering your business pain points, followed by designing the necessary data architecture and rapid prototyping on the Booster engine. Is it difficult to integrate these custom solutions with my current systems?

No. Booster is designed to work in layers. We can consume data from your HRIS (Workday, SAP, etc.) via secure connectors and deliver insights directly to your communication channels like Slack or Teams, without complex migration processes. Booster has been designed to add a layer of intelligence on top of what you already have. You don't need to change your current systems; we consume information from your tools (via API or secure integrations) and return the action directly to the manager's chat, eliminating any technological barriers.

What happens if the system recommends something that isn't a good fit?
